Mary Padilla (President)
Mary Rodriguez-President
Mary leads the Client Relations Department/Office Administration department and assures that each person who contacts U.S Construction Corp receives outstanding service.Mary supports the team with a variety of critical administrative tasks, ensures the highest levels of responsiveness for each client. Mary’s dedicated work ethic, organization, and positive attitude are invaluable to the team.
Mary Rodriguez began her career as a Fashion Designer, earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Marymount University, Arlington Virginia. She was drawn to design and architecture from an early age. Mary’s passion for design is driven by the satisfaction of helping to transform people’s lifestyles with design. Clients appreciate Mary’s ability to listen closely, communicate responsively and intuitively encapsulate their needs and desires. In her free time, Mary enjoys travelling with her husband and her two kids, running, cycling and trying new food.
Juan Padilla (Vice President)
Juan Padilla started his construction career at 13 years old working alongside his father for a concrete company in Manassas VA. Juan attended NVCC and studied construction management. Juan is now the Vice President at U.S Construction Corp, He overseas Operations and is in charge of day-to-day operations and focuses on long-term success of the company. Juan as VP of Operations leads and manages the operations team to help achieve the goals and objectives of projects.
